Dear colleagues,
Just to follow up on the issue of posting information on the website, I think that without any photos this message would look incomplete and out of place, so I decided to attach a few photos to complement it. Please, pick one of those attached which you find more appropriate. Also, see attached a short message drafted by the FTI team.
Best,
Vadim

Vadim – I think that Hunter and Devon may have opinions on this still, but here are my thoughts:

1.       In general, I stand by my previous advice that you do not promote or advertise your board meetings. It’s not expected and so there is nothing negative (it doesn’t look like you are ashamed or concealing anything – I don’t understand why you and Nikolai have that impression).

2.       If you put just this statement up on your website it will look odd not only because no one expects you to advertise board meetings and because so much time has passed since you had it.

3.       That said, if your Board and Nikolai feel strongly about putting something on the website, the statement you drafted basically seems to serve the same purpose as an earnings release so it is fine.

Dear all,

Going back to the issue of announcing our Board meeting and our subsequent discussions, I also brought it up it talking to Nikolay and here are our thoughts:

Of course, from the very beginning we planned to make a decent press release, place some photos on the website and make some PR coverage.

However, following your persistent recommendations, we agreed not to follow through with that, totally understanding all possible undesired political and PR implications that could have arisen.

But still Nikolay and I are of opinion that at least a short corporate message should be put on the website stating that we did have this meeting. Otherwise, in a way we're making an impression that our company is ashamed of it and is deliberately concealing this information.

In this regard, please find attached a short version of the corporate message drafted by the FTI team a few weeks ago.

Best,

Vadim
