I have attached the revised plan here incorporating the feedback you provided to Heather as well as making a few small adjustments. This is a more focused plan
and more in line with your near-term goals.
Even as it is more focused, it will still require a substantial amount of work. With regard to costs, I strongly recommend that for July and August we bill
fees based on our actual hours worked with a cap of $50k/month. If we were to exceed that cap we would require pre-authorization from you. If we do it this way we can then arrive at an ongoing figure for a monthly engagement that is fair to all parties moving
forward.
We are prepared to discuss this with you on Monday or Tuesday at 10am Eastern time and will await your feedback as to which day works better in light of your
holiday (which you should enjoy!).

Vadim – I recommend that we speak again on Monday at 10 am instead of tomorrow morning; Ryan and I had difficulty connecting today and I’ve only just been able to debrief him on
our call today. Devon and I spoke and he is fine with moving it to Monday as well. Ryan will plan to send you a revised powerpoint, reflecting our conversation today, at some point tomorrow. Then, on Monday at 10 am, we can ratify that plan and the financial
agreement and officially start their work up again on Tuesday, July 1.
