Vadim – FTI and I can speak to you about this today either over the next 30 minutes (12-1230pm our time) or 230-330 pm our time. Please know that:
1. We think the booklet looks very good overall. We like the content but it’s the individual pictures and impression that Burisma is totally in charge of this
organization that creates a problem because it looks like a front organization for Burisma. That perception will seriously harm Burisma in the U.S.
2. Therefore, it’s the leadership structure of the Association that we need to consider more carefully before presenting the leaders in a public way.
3. There doesn’t need to be a rush to have a booklet for your U.S. meetings next week. It is much more important that any booklet shows a collective of many
companies and we should and can wait until we have that list of companies formalized, written up and any leadership worked out that includes them more completely.
4. In addition, we think it is wise to at least consider seriously the value of keeping a little more distance between Burisma and the association. This allows
the association to step out in front on some issues where Burisma may not be comfortable doing so.

booklet that we’ll have for the meetings in the U.S. next week while the association works out all the various positions. That would be better than have the vast majority of the positions currently listed to be held by Burisma, even if it’s just temporary.)

That is the point that chairman is Ukrainian, and Co-chairman from western country to advocate the association before foreign institutions.
And the Chairman will be from other company as well as other maybe deputy chairmen and members of the board of the association
