I recall you noting that you were filing articles of incorporation/bylaws or similar documents in Ukraine to create the Association. When an Association files
such documents in the U.S., they usually outline how the organization’s leadership was to be selected, overseen, and its terms of service. I am not sure if the same documents are required for the registration process in Ukraine, but I think we should see what
you filed in Ukraine and understand if there is anything in there that may interest U.S. policymakers, including anything that will increase their comfort in engaging with the organization. Could you provide us with a copy of any such documents you filed?
In addition, as I alluded to in my last email, it would be great to have the list of the independent gas producers who have agreed to be part of the Association
both for our own use and to consider listing in the booklet. I think the U.S. policy makers we will be meeting with next week will be interested in the members of the association.

That is the point that chairman is Ukrainian, and Co-chairman from western country to advocate the association before foreign institutions.
And the Chairman will be from other company as well as other maybe deputy chairmen and members of the board of the association
