I think they're getting a little frustrated with Boies.  Heather already blew through the retainer and sent another $30k bill; and it's hard to describe what they've delivered.  Intros and the work the service providers have done (Nardello and MS in particular) has been good.  I am explaining we needed Boies for our protection initially and if any ICSIS issues arise they're are briefed and ready for litigation. And they get that but we have to pull back as our budget is more important than Boies. 

Personally I do think its a little extreme they've charged $300k thru July for Heather to hire a handful of good consultants and for them to tell us we should have an audit committee and D&O insurance.  And they haven't gotten the visa sorted yet either.  They could milk this client in a far more sophisticated way and for a long term.

But again with Burisma, it's written off as "protection" for us and everything's fine.  We have to move the billing into more comfortable arrangement though.
