Please mind that Nikolay is more inclined to have Board meeting in December, so no conflict here in terms of meeting with Vuc.

As to Kazakhstan, I am in contact with guys from Kazmunaygaz, they told me that they had received letter-assignment from PM (the Father-) and are working on it. Hopefully next week we will know from them the status.

We had a meeting on Friday night over dinner and I should have a November date, not to overlap with Board meeting, for Vuc event and your nyc trip.  I expect by middle of next week.  I am traveling to meet Isa Masimof on the west coast today but will try you later this morning to update you on status with Mexico.
