Following your request, please, find attached the resolution to go with the rep letter. In order to support the letter which you've asked us to issue on your behalf, our legal department has drafted a resolution authorizing your work in Company's interests in Mexico.

As you can see, our Cyprus directors have already signed it, could you please sign it and forward back to me. I will have President Kwasniewski and Alan sign it and once done, send it back to you together with the rep letter?
