Hope, you're doing well. Following your regquest, please, find attched the authorization letter signed by Alan. In accordance with the Articles of the Association of Burisma Holdings our legal department has drafted a resolution which was signed by all Board members.

It's the 2nd Annual MEXICO UPSTREAM SUMMIT to take place on March 9 – 12 2015 in Mexico City. 

The Mexico Upstream Summit is now established as the official meeting place for international players to meet with SENER,CNH and PEMEX and together pinpoint investment opportunities, form partnerships and discuss key next steps further to the Historical Energy Reform.

I believe this could be an interesting opportunity for us to pursue. Let me know what you think of it!
