Let's for now bear in mind holding the next BoD meeting on December 5. 

As to the Audit committee, i suggest to hold in the beginning of November per phone. I will keep you updated.

As you may recall, we've previously considered holding the BoD meeting in Washingon DC. However, due to Nikolay's visa issue which is still unresolved, but most importantly, for legal reasons, it is highly recommendable to hold the BoD meeting in Cyprus. 

As for the possible dates, after preliminary consultations with Nikolay and President Kwasniewski the following two options have been chosen:

1. November 7-8,2014

2. December 5-6. 2014

Please, let me know your availability. It would be very fortunate if you could adjust your schedules to make it on November 7-8.
