Hunter and Eric,

It was great to meet you both today.  Thank you for spending so much time with me.  I genuinely enjoyed getting to know you both and am very excited about this potential project.

In order to crystallize the project scope and nail down cost, I do need a bit more information from you.  Below are the standard questions I send clients.  Use this as a guideline and/or send me other materials you have (PPM, press list, etc) and we can use that to get a sense of what we can add to the article right now.

Here are my preliminary questions:
  1. What is it about the page that you dislike?
  2. Is that content factually incorrect or just something you wish was not on the page?
  3. What type of content is missing from the article that you wish was included?  Do you have well documented media references for the information you would want included?
  4. If there was one thing that you would want a reader to take away after viewing your Wikipedia article, what would it be?
  5. What are articles of other firms or individuals that you like and why?  Is there something in those articles you would not want on your page?
I look forward to hearing back from you so that we can get to work on this quickly.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call or email me.  Have a wonderful weekend.

Kind Regards,
Polly
