Based on the Decision taken by Nikolay, it was decided to resign Angelika Pasenidou from her position of Director and to appoint to this position Christina Sofocleous. 

In this regard, our legal department has drafted a BoD resolution (please find attached). As you can see, it has already been executed by both Cypriot Directors

Sebastian, could you kindly assist with getting the resolution signed both by Hunter and Devon and forward it back to me?
