As you are well aware, the current situation on the Ukrainian gas market is very subtle and prone to sudden changes. Thus, today, it is very hard to forecast the likely consequences for the industry and with what figures our Company would be wrapping up this financial year.

With regard to the recent events, it's been decided to suggest to postponing the BoD meeting until the beginning of next year, preliminary till February.
