Taking a look. Initially not able to find anything at all on a “Kim Baum”. Will look more. We sure that is the guy’s name? Do we know if he has a company affiliation? There is a female Kim Baum in Oil and Gas but I think she’s junior and doesn’t look like she is in Ukraine.
