Could you please kindly sign the resolution attached on granting the power of attorney to our CLO Mr Andrii Kicha and his assistant Mr Iaroslav Biliavskyi in order to execute standard company legal affairs. This is a standard procedure requiring your sign-off. As you can see, President Kwasniewski has already signed it.
