Hope, you are well. I would like to bring to your attention that it's been a while since our last BoD meeting and standard BoD regulations require for us to hold BoD meetings after a certain period of time. 

Following my conversation with Nikolay and President Kwasniewski, it was suggested to hold the next BoD meeting between March 10 and 20 in Cyprus. 

Could you kindly let me know what dates work best for you taking into account your schedules?
