Dear Devon, 

Following our yesterday's conversation, I would like to kindly ask you to give me a call, whenever you can, since I've talked to Nikolay and we've also discussed the issue of cooperation with Mexican authorities with our colleagues from another company who had experience working in Mexico. And they are saying that from procedural point of view entering the Mexican gas market looks a bit different compared to what our colleague Jeff told us yesterday. That's why, I would like to discuss with you this issue separately.
