I am kindly asking you to give me your preliminary travel plans for our Board meeting.
Just to remind you, we agreed upon the following tentative plan:
March 12
1-3 pm working lunch
3-6 pm BoD meeting
6-10 pm Dinner
I would need your travel arrangements asap in order to arrange everything with the hotel.
