Also, I wanted to update you on the minor changes that were introduced after final consultations with President Kwasniewski and Nikolay.
The working lunch will be held from 3 to 4 pm on March 12 and the BoD meeting will start at around 4.30 pm and will end at 6.30/7pm.
After that at around 7.30/8 pm we are planning to hold a dinner. I hope, it woks well with your plans.
