I would like to let you know that our financial auditor company- KPMG is currently conducting a financial audit of Burisma Holdings. 

They have got new requirements and certain information is needed from the BoD level. With this in mind, they have contacted us asking to provide the following information to proceed with their work:

1. A certified copy of the international passport of directors

-        The certification should confirm that the identification document is a true copy of their original international passport;

2. Specimen signatures of directors (please, find attached);

3. Verification of permanent address of directors  -  recent utility bills – not later than the last three months. 

Could you kindly provide the aforementioned information at your earliest convenience?
