Subject: Letter to the US Ambassador Jeoffrey Pyatt re domestic gas production crisis

Dear Devon,
Following our conversation, brief description of the situation:

PJSC «Kharkovtransgaz», a gas pipeline operator in Kharkiv region, which is a brunch of the state owned company "Ukrtransgas", obliged all gas producers to substantially decrease gas supply to the main pipeline due to the so-called decreased demand in the region and increased pressure in the pipeline.

If executed, this will inevitably force gas producing companies to partially close already productive wells and cut gas production altogether.

As you may imagine, both uncle Kola and I believe that this unthinkable demand on top of the already enacted legislation would certainly have absolutely catastrophic repercussions for the entire sector.

With this mind, as I have talk you, we've drafted a letter from you as an independent director at Burisma Holdings to the US Ambassador in Ukraine informing him of the situation at hand. Your involvement at this point could assist in affecting the situation.
Also engaging mr. Clark would be of value!

Could you take a look at it, revise it, if necessary, sign and forward it back to me asap?

Thanks a lot in advance,

Best,

Vadym
