Subject: Menasia Fund update & call

Dear Devon,

On my return, I have had meetings with KBW and our team on the Menasia fund and way forward actions. I shared your letter of Expression of Interest, and everything is very positive. Last evening we had a full team meeting  Prince Khaled al Waleed, has already shortlisted substantial participants for our fund including Sh Mansour Bin Zayed the deputy ruler of UAE. In fact he has said once we have everything set up and well established he would like to take it to Kingdom Holdings & his Father(Al Waleed bin Talal)  to participate in the fund.  Meanwhile I have also got 2 additional interested seed Investors to join in with 30 and 50 mn, discussions are on.

I would like to schedule a call for some time on Monday or tuesday for 9 am NY time, with you and your team and there will be 4 people from our side - Ahmed (ceo of KBW), Mohan (presently partner and head of the IL&FS Pvt Eq fund ), Murugan (ceo of IL&FS Dubai, who will be part of our team) and myself, to discuss some points which we have jotted down for discussion, on the structure, and action plan, and agree on way forward along with time lines for the actions to be undertaken. Do let me know if Monday or tuesday works better for 9 am and who all will be on the call from your side. 

With regards to the travel dates to Dubai for the Menasia fund lets finalize it after the call. Look forward to the time confirmation for the call. In case you have any conference line with bridging codes let me know, or else I will circulate conf call numbers from our side.
