It might be because of my own upbringing and being an only child, but I get really connected to people that come into my life.  And while working for your Dad was great for me early in my career, I really consider you, Ash and Beau family.  I know that probably sounds crazy, because we don't talk much, but it's real.  

I remember calling Beau on bank-related matter on something I thought he was not seeing the right way.  He calmly brought me back to integrity and truth, like a friend and a brother.  That is just one example, but it's one of the reasons I feel so connected to all of you.  

On the foundation,  I am all in as I am sure you've heard. And to be clear, my wife Raina is just as passionate.   We  don't need any formal role. We just want to help

I'll find some time soon.
