Marc,
Please see below in regards to specifics as it relates to our conversation last night in regards to Burisma in Kazakstan.

I will follow up with a draft MOU (point 1) and a copy of the letter we delivered to the PM at dinner (point 2).

Let's discuss.

Very best,
Devon

Dear Devon,

Following our conversation, I am kindly asking you to follow up and discuss wit our Kazakh partners the pints listed below:

1. MOU: as we discussed, taking into account our current discussions and engagements we are taking with Karatube it would be productive to enter an MOU re our activities here and possible future engagements. the MOU draft will be prepared and sent to you within the next few days;

2. Letter from PM: you've handed to the Kazakh PM during your last meeting in Washington DC. it would be good to receive the official answer on that;

3. U6 project: here we would need assistance from our partners for contact signing and deal closure on the U6 well; within this project issues of financing from KazMunaiGaz and Urikhtau operating LLP close engagement with Burisma are highly desirable;

4. KazMunayGaz E&P company: this issue needs follow-up in terms of closer cooperation between this company and Burisma, since it accumulates the vast majority of service contracts.

Looking forward to your feedback!

Vadym
