Honestly hoping, you are good. Three weeks before the Norway trip, I would like to kindly ask you whether you believe there's a chance for you to join. 

We fully understand that at this particular time it's very important for you to spend time with your niece Natalie and nephew Hunter. With this in mind, Nikolay and all of us would like to kindly invite you to take them on this trip, which under circumstances, could  serve as a good change of scenery (fiords, landscapes, nature) for the small ones.

Please, feel free to invite any other person to accompany them and you, if needed.
