Hope, you are well. I would like to let you that we are finalizing the registration of Burisma Geothermal in Cyprus. 

With this in mind, could you kindly sign a consent to be appointed as directors?

Please, mind that the Chairman of the BoD in our case RHB will be appointed at the 1st BoD meeting of Burisma Geothermal, which I think will happen naturally during our next Burisma BoD meeting at the end of November.
