Getting back to our earlier discussions on possible dates for the next BoD meeting, I would like to let you know that taken into account our talks with you as welll as President Kwasniewski, it's been suggested to hold our next BoD meeting during the first week of December in Dubai. 

Basically, the idea is to fly in to Dubai on Thursday, December 3 in the evening, to hold the BoD meeting midday on Friday, December 4, then have a dinner together and leave on Saturday/Sunday. 

Could you kindly, if possible, confirm availability for these dates?
