Re: Next BoD meeting

Gents, 

Hope you are doing well. I would like to get your final approval re the next BoD dates we discussed earlier. As I've already told you, the plan is to hold the BOD meeting in the first week of December in Dubai: to fly in to Dubai on Thursday, December 3 in the evening/Friday morning, to hold the BoD meeting midday on Friday, December 4, then to have a dinner together and leave on Saturday/Sunday. 

If nothing has changed and you are still fine with the plan suggested, please, let me know, so that I could get down to all necessary arrangements.
