Dear Joan,

Thank you for your letter and info provided. However, the situation looks like this: the bank has frozen now both transfers for Devon and Hunter due to the fact that transfers are supposed to be made to two different entities, even though they are done on Rosemont Seneca letterhead.

Your explanation unfortunately won't be of much help to the bank, since now we have to formally present the evidence (in a form of docs) to show the relations between: First Clearing, Wells Fargo and Hunter. In you email you've also brought up Owasco which is not on the bill which makes it even more confusing.

Colleagues,
Following Devon's advice, let's proceed this month as we did before. And for the next month we'll get all the required docs to transfer the funds with new banking data.

Therefore, Seb,

Could I ask you to send me Hunter's invoice with the usual banking details?

I would really appreciate it!

Vadym

Hi Vadym,
Sorry just getting back to you I misread your email that you needed info from me!

So Hunter is Chairman of Rosemont Seneca Partners (or co-chairman?  not sure what you called Devon when you set this up).  Owasco is the name of his personal corporation which is why funds will be sent there.  First Clearing is just the clearing firm that Wells Fargo Bank uses to accept funds.  The final bank is Wells Fargo.

Please let me know if you require any additional information.

Thanks!

Dear Joan,
Hope, you are well. Re the invoice you've sent earlier for Hunter's monthly fees, as it happened before, our bank is asking about relations between Hunter, Rosemont Seneca and First Clearing, since this time the banking data differs from the one you've usually provided before.
As soon as I get this info, we'll proceed with funds transfer right away.
Thank you,
Vadym

Hi Vadym,
It was great to meet you in person last week!  Hope you had a nice trip.

I'm not sure if Devon or Seb mentioned to you but we are going to start invoicing you directly for Hunter's fees.  I've attached an invoice for this month.  The wire instructions are listed on the invoice. Please let me know if you have any questions.

I think this is new the amount that I was told to invoice but please let me know if that is incorrect.  Also, when should I send this invoice to you each month and when do you usually wire the fees?

Thank you for all of your help!
Best,
Joan
