FYI, FTI, Blue Star and I just did a call on this.  

1) We need to see if Risen/NYT will give us some time to draft answers and get them approved.  Risen says his deadline in “COB today”.  But Ryan is drafting something now and will send around.  We will keep you posted on what Risen says on timing.

2) None of us on the phone were able to directly comment on the Nikolai/Igor ownership question.  Ryan will draft something on that but will of course need you to weigh in if he’s inaccurate.  

3) For question #7 re: Hunter still being on the Board we are going to say, “yes and he continues to focus on transparency, corporate governance, etc.”  Nothing to gain from talking about the transition off of Burisma Holdings because that will give the story more oxygen and since Hunter is still “on the board” it is accurate.
