Thanks for putting us in touch with Matthew on the SEC Subpoena. He gave us some good initial direction on the search for responsive documents. Hunter wanted me to reach out to you and confirm that this is something that BSF and/or Matthew would be able to actually represent him on as a client. We have all the documents gathered up but we would like an attorney to review them and then help draft the response and send to the SEC.
The response is due this Wednesday. I am not sure if we will need an extension on this or not.
