Hope, all is well. As I've already informed you before, Burisma is opening an account at the Maltese bank and with that in mind, I would like to kindly ask you to provide the following:

- Certified true copies of passports
- bank reference letter
- utility bills showing proof of residential address ( not more than three months old )

All of the documents should be endorsed with an Apostille.

Also, please, send the originals to the following address:
