Per our email exchange, here's the Exex Sum we provided last week to
the SRI at its request.

Dear Rob, as I advised Hunter, we're in good shape in our preparation.
We've completed our report and yesterday sent the final
draft to GP and his attorneys for their comments (will send you both
when finalized). We have also requested (as invited) a meeting with
General Coldea at SRI to present our findings and arguments on behalf
of GP. So far the DNA has not agreed to our request to meet but may do
so once we see SRI. We hope the meeting will occur next month.

In preparation for our SRI meeting, we have sent them a requested
short executive summary of our findings and arguments (attached
hereto).

It goes without saying again that we're very grateful to you both for
this opportunity. While I believe it will be very challenging to get
GP's  conviction 'reversed,' we certainly have a favorable chance to
do so by approaching the problem with a different solution-which is
what we do and like to do.

We'll keep you posted and our communications are under the ACC and WP
privileges.
