Team - plse see below. We all agree that streamlined and effective communication is critical to the health of our partnership. We should discuss who wants to be included on what emails as I don't want to inundate everyone with emails when not needed. However
it is critical that we are all on the same page and communicating well. That isn't when we are in separate offices, traveling the world etc.

Wang - It is nice meet you via email. Director Zang provided me with you name and contact information to work with you to get our JV finalized. I have also included his confidant Zhao on this email. I am forwarding you the latest version of our agreement
and ready it for signature on CEFC's side. Hunter Biden signed this agreement today in NYC in front of Director Zang for Oneida Holdings LLC.
I am including our legal team Mark Maltz and Matt Hanley @ DG Law based in NYC. They will work with you as needed.
We need the following things from you:
1. The name of the CEFC entity you will use to represent Party A in this agreement and the authorized signatory.
2. We will work with Director Zang and the Chairman to come up with the name for the JV LLC. Mark/Matt will then work with you to finalize the operating agreement for the JV entity. I will run point on Oneida Holdings side on the agreement.
Director Zang and Oneida Holdings team agreed today that we want to execute this agreement in the next 48 hours. Then CEFC will fund the $10 MM into the bank account of the JV.
I will be acting as the CEO of the JV as well as a Board Member representing Party B(Oneida Holdings).
