1. There is no need to name the regions and sectors we will focus on. The sectors named cover the entire glow and naming them is therefore redundant and superfluous. If that is some objective I'm unaware of then let's borrows the entire 10 million at libra and once that loan is executed Owasco will have some discretion as to how that money is utilized to advance Monoxhrome’s goals.  Otherwise the 5M is advance against profits non recourse. Please let me know which option you choose.

4.  Monochrome managers collectively will determine fees and advances and success rates for all affiliates and employees. Mono managers will individually and within reason draw from the Monochrome resources for the purpose of advancing the interests of Monochrome. The Co-chairman of the company will review those expenditures on a monthly basis and determine their legitimate relation to Monochrome’s interest. Any disagreements between the co- chairman of monochrome shall be presented to my brother the Chairman.

6. What's the purpose of this . Obviously the brother with the deep pockets will determine what's gets spent if we hit a Bad patch.

8. The CEO, shall make monthly report to the board, and any investment opportunities to the Monochrome and its affiliates. Further investment decision is solely determined by Monochrome group.

9. The co-chairmen shall direct the CEO and CFO to provide a detailed report of the need for  onthly expenditures. Y

10. Owasco  managers will  determine the outside relationships they will engage in - in cosutation of the board of managers

Another idea is to have a guarantor provide surety for Mr. Zang.  Couldn't find anything on him through public records.

So without knowing the name of the gentleman in question - here are some ideas on how to prove his creditworthiness to the snooty coop board:

1. CEFC issuing a certified statement stating that he is a shareholder / director 2. bank reference letter which identifies his deposits 3. if he has trading accounts, a letter from his brokerage house identifying his account balances 4. if he has properties elsewhere - proof of ownership and valuation reports 5. if he is a significant shareholder in public companies - we can access shareholder registers showing he's a shareholder and the market cap of the public company 6. if he's a significant shareholder in private companies - letters from these private companies certifying his shareholder status and if helpful, his dividend collections from previous years 7. if he's an investor in private equity funds, certifications from fund managers attesting to his LP interest and amounts
