How are you?  Hope everything is going well for you :).   Remember the “Hudson West LLC” name that we reserved?  I was able to get it registered as a limited liability company automatically upon the end of our corporate name reservation expiration/deadline.

 I don’t know what’s your plan next, but regardless, you should have it, in case it might be any use to you in the future.   This is why I registered “Hudson West LLC” for you.  

“Hudson West LLC” is temporarily registered under my name.  My name and information simply serve as a place holder for the purpose of completing the paperwork on time.  We have to register now so that we don’t lose this name that both you and Uncle Jim prefer (It is very important to meet the deadline, because there were some confusions on companies with same or similar names).  I would be happy to transfer to you or whomever you sought fit at anytime.  Just let me know!  It is really all for you and it is your company.
