Hunter, 1) Xin reached out to me last night checking in on the loan extension document for BHR. I don’t believe you have any issues with this but don’t want to execute it without your confirmation. 2) More importantly, can you give me an idea when you can provide a response on Redemption Agreement? Haven’t heard from you or George on this. There’s no reason we should leave this to the end of the year. Also, just so you are aware, the way it is structured gives you more than 75% of the current assets of Skaneateles going forward. This includes 100% of BHR for you - and BHR is due to have a significant distribution in 2019 because of the CATL exit. There will be some administrative work required to finalize everything but Joan and I can work with Katie to get that done before the end of 2018 if we can sign and finalize the agreement in the next few weeks.
