Rick Perry just had a bizarre brain freeze where he couldn't name the third agency he would want to cut as part of his revamp of the federal government.
Someone volunteered the EPA, which Perry nodded at and said needs to be remade.

Perry just said he'd eliminate 3 agencies of government and said, "commerce, education and...." and stumbled for 30 seconds trying to remember the third one. He never could come up with it and said, "I can't remember the third one." Painful.....
