Seneca needs to be at this meeting however Eric perhaps should attend as

I agree. It will probably be me since I still have the connections - politically - in the state of Maryland. For example, State Senate President Mike Miller; Steny of course as well as the representative for that area in the state legislature and the chairmen of a few of the committees.
