Re: Estrella
Gabriel: I am booked with site visits on Tuesday. We could meet Wednesday (I'll be at the Caribe Hotel, then in Leogane and Jacmel on the 13th), but Wed could be a day of commemoration; also, I suppose, possible protests.
Thus, while I would be very pleased to meet with Manuel on Wednesday (my Exec

Re: Gerry Gibbs
Don't know whether she would get JRB but Sylvia Matthews checks a lot
of boxes. Close to Daley and David. Knows players and White House.

Steve Ricchetti. Would he come back to the Administration? He
deregistered a while back and the speculation was he wa
