Walton is good example of a fund manager that will look at secondary markets. In fact we have a good relationship there and they have, and continue to approach us for deal-flow. They are not as focused nor have the specific expertise, experience or track record in an office specific strategy

I just asked Michele a second time and she again said departure for China is 8/16 at 8am-ish from NAVOBS. Anne Marie had them coming back the afternoon of the 14th - if morning of the 15th is OK we can switch to that. They return 8/26 at 8:30am so we can schedule a early afternoon flight back to ORD
