Lorenzo did say that Iberdrola agreed to a 30 day delay but I got the sense that the likeliest outcome of this would be that Cap One does the whole deal and it is straight tax credit. He said that was Plan B, but reading between the lines it seemed the likeliest outcome. Devon, not sure if you heard
