Bill,
I just wanted to touch base and see what the schedule was to clean up the
offices affected by the rain last week. I'm sure that you saw the damage,
but the carpet in three of our main offices is starting to show signs of
mold/mildew (and smell) and some of the ceiling tiles need to be replace

Bill called and said they should have it all cleaned up by the end of the
week - we'll see. He also said that another tenant is getting an HD dish
installed in the next week or two and that we'll be able to use their dish
for our Directv once it's in place.
