As you both may know Braskem is a Brazilian Petrochemical firm which is owned by Odebrecht and Petrobras that is one of the largest Petrochemical companies with revenues of about $17 billion USDs. They bought the petrochemical division of Sunoco and U.S. operations are HQ in Philadelphia.
