I don't think she realized when you change auto pay info it doesn't always
hit right away- might take a few billing cycles and she probably is not
paying attention to it.

She emailed about this last week. I don't understand why she couldn't log
in and change the auto pay info. I didn't know this was an issue.
If you want to call and take your name off of everything and switch to her
you can do that... I'll send you all the info later today.
