FYI - I asked Xin in a private email whether just transferring the equity held by RSB to Ulysses addresses BHR's concern if Ulysses is owned by Devon. She confirmed that for regulatory and other reasons, BHR does not want there to be any tracing back to either RSB or Devon. That wasn't clear in her

Devon has said that holding his 10% in a blind trust will satisfy BHR's
concerns. I have not confirmed with Xin/BHR that that is the case.
Regardless, as we all agree, the more important concern from our point of
view is that the other 10% be transferred to Hunter.

Agreed. Have you had any further conversations on "the math" supporting Hunt's equity interest. As we have previously discussed, we are going to defer to RSB/Devon to provide the initial accounting and then we/you can react if there is any discrepancy. George
