I think that if the unions became more aggressive in investing as an equity partner in development projects, they could turbo charge new construction jobs. I also liked chatting with Greg Floyd who said that potential fund managers are having trouble getting hold of his consultant, Larry Gray and asking Floyd to call him. Larry does not return phone calls. Rosemont's dinners are always intellectually enlightening. I ended up getting home at 11:30 pm. Easy flight.=20 =20 I would also like to "pick your brain" about potential investors in the Middle East. I was presented an offering memorandum about a company that is acquiring ex oil leases and doing recovery drilling with new technology.
