I am terribly sorry for th= e delay on this. We are waiting on a final piece, for the food and bev= erage, which we will receive tomorrow morning.

In the meantime, I have attached a proposal fo= r the venue for you to review.

We created this = document by envisioning two price tiers for you. The first is the gene= ral party in the Lexus Presidents Club. You can include the batting pr= actice with this group, or use that for your VIP Experience if you would lik= e.

Our proposal totals $50.00= per person, but that is if each of the 200 people are taking on the costs o= f the clubhouse and batting practice, rather than just the 50 or so people w= ho might go for the VIP. Here is the breakdown:

Tier 1: 150 guests $125 per person in the Lexus Presidents Club for the 8= hour experience (include access to batting cages?)
Venue costs: $50.00 per person

Food & Beverage costs: $75.00 per person (we ar= e using this as an estimate but please let me know if it is not the right nu= mber)

Tier 2: VIP for $50 people at $250 per person= . This will include access to the clubhouse for two hours. We we= re thinking of using it as during and “after dinner” time, so yo= u could also include the cognac bar or cigar rolling.

Jersey: $100.00 per person
