The announcement yesterday that we would operate the Water Street Gym on the second
level of CycleLife marked an important milestone in our lives. For more than 20
years, Susan and I have been building our business in this community. We're excited
about expanding that community to include the members of CycleLife and share with
them our unique approach to fitness and wellness.

I've had a chance to meet a few of you in the past several days since we reached
an agreement to relocate the Water Street Gym. In the coming days, I would like
to meet with more of you to explain why we're so excited about this partnership
and determine how we can best serve you.

We deliver an integrated program across many disciplines including Physical Therapy,
Pilates, Massage, and active isolated stretching. My wife Susan joined the business
15 years ago and operates her out-patient orthepaedic rehab clinic from our current
location. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, her broad strokes paint everything that
we do from lumbar stabilization programs to corrective exercise prescription.

Our impressive staff has a broad range of perspective and skills and soon you'll
meet our talented trainers, Brian Bratton, Bryan WIlliams, and Brian Kolb. (We
make it easy to remember names....) Each of them has a body of knowledge that sets
them apart from others in the field. We have an amazing and intuitive massage therapist,
Irina Ivanova, who is available every day for a variety of treatments including
Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Ayurvedic massage.

It would be hard not to notice the immediate changes that have occurred in the past
week. After the removal of the spinning room is complete, we will expand the training
floor by eliminating office space. This will make room for additional treadmills,
elliptical trainers, and equipment. Some other changes will occur in the coming
days as we also create additional treatment rooms for massage and Physical Therapy.

Since opening my first gym in 1989, my passion for performance has never changed
and my own pursuits have taken me across the Ironman finish line 3 times. I believe
that the work we do today preserves yesterday's accomplishments and prepares us
for tomorrow's challenges. I also believe that the human body is capable of amazing
things if properly maintained.
