Yes. We'll start to pull the perspective dates together this week for 2011 calendar. I have Will Thorne (intern in NY) working on calendar template.

1st two weeks of November we've gotten Budget approved. Equity approved. Marketing materials being finalized. PWC engaged and stub and IRR audit underway. Offering docs drafting underway. DDQ and FAQ drafting underway.

I don't think Senor's not the right fit here schedule wise Sam's a gamble but he's backed off needing a salary
