Hey guys,


Meeting went great. It was very good on the relationship development front
- Hunter, Tim and Devon talked a lot of inside baseball - Tim loved it.


I told them we'd have a version of a proposal to review with them by next
Thursday. I'll put a plan together around do it that out to you guys later
tonight.


Tim said he wants to put us on a retainer and then develop project based
assignment and has 4-5 project concepts already that he wants us to propose
on. These projects would be funded by the Business Units.


This could be the start of a prosperous relationship. And we need to think
hard about Davos, I think we can include that as part of a project - will
see what we can do.


Hunter, Devon - what did you think?


An another note, I met with an investor in Transengen www.transengen.com -
they want to hire us to help them with States. I will have a follow up
meeting with them on Monday, but it's seems like they want help right away.
(Devon - this came in through Avi).
